Latest reviews of Familiprix app for iPhone and iPad
After updating the app I can no longer renew my prescription. Each time I try the app closes and my iPad goes to the home screen. The other features of the app work. However the only feature which was important to me was the renewal of prescriptions so the app is virtually useless to me.
I dont see what is the point of this app if when I went to get the "temporary password" my pharmacist tells me that the platform is very complicated and prefers if I just call to order my refills, isnt that the whole point of this app? I even felt guilty about trying to insist about trying to get that password.
